- Payment service providers: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved cryptocurrency processors receive only the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC verification technology providers may process your CNIC document images solely to return a verification outcome to pk1job. These providers are contractually prohibited from retaining or repurposing your identity documents.

- IT infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and security providers who host pk1job Platform infrastructure. All providers are required to implement appropriate technical security measures.

No unauthorised sharing: Any third party that receives your personal data from pk1job is contractually bound to use it only for the specified purpose and to maintain the same standard of data security that pk1job applies internally. If you believe your data has been misused, contact

KYC & AML Data Handling
Identity documents submitted by players as part of the pk1job KYC verification process — including CNIC images, proof of address documents, and payment method confirmations — are subject to the following specific data handling procedures:
- KYC documents are accessible only to trained and authorised members of the pk1job compliance team. Access is logged and audited.
- Documents are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled document management system separate from the main player database.
- KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by standard AML regulatory retention obligations.
- Players may not request deletion of KYC documents during the mandatory retention period. After the retention period expires, documents are securely destroyed.
AML transaction monitoring processes your gaming and financial behaviour data to identify patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes. Where suspicious activity is identified, pk1job is legally obligated to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with relevant authorities without notifying the player concerned. This is a legal obligation that supersedes your right to be informed about data processing.

Payment Data & PKR Transactions
When you make deposits or withdrawals using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or approved cryptocurrency channels, pk1job processes limited payment data to facilitate and reconcile transactions. The specific data handling for payment transactions is as follows:
- pk1job stores transaction reference numbers, amounts in PKR, timestamps, and payment method identifiers (e.g., masked mobile number or masked bank account number) for all deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Full bank account numbers, IBAN details, and mobile wallet PINs or passwords are never stored by pk1job. Payment credentials are entered directly into the secure interfaces of the respective payment providers.
- Payment data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years for AML compliance and financial record-keeping purposes.
- Cryptocurrency transaction data — including wallet addresses and transaction hashes — is stored alongside conventional payment data for the same minimum retention period.
Security note: pk1job will never ask you to share your JazzCash PIN, EasyPaisa PIN, or bank internet banking password with our support team. Any communication requesting such credentials is fraudulent.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pk1job uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the Platform function correctly and help us understand how players interact with pk1job. The following categories of cookies are used:

Data Retention
pk1job retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by applicable regulatory standards:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your pk1job account being active.
- KYC and identity documents: Minimum five (5) years from account closure.
- Transaction and financial records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
- AML screening records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of the relevant screening event.
- Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, unless the communication relates to an open dispute, complaint, or legal matter.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the period of your marketing opt-in status plus three (3) years, to evidence consent in the event of a dispute.
Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, pk1job securely destroys or anonymises personal data using industry-standard data destruction procedures.

pk1job implements a comprehensive suite of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or disclosure:
- Encryption: All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit between your device and pk1job servers is protected by TLS 1.3 or higher.
- Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to pk1job personnel who require it to perform their job functions. Access is role-based and audited.
- Infrastructure security: pk1job's hosting infrastructure is protected by enterprise-grade firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular penetration testing by independent security specialists.
- Password hashing: Account passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes using bcrypt. pk1job never stores your password in readable form.
- Two-factor authentication: pk1job supports and encourages the use of 2FA on all player accounts as an additional layer of account protection.
Despite the security measures above, no online system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, pk1job will notify affected players without undue delay and will take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach.

- Right of access: You may request a copy of all personal data pk1job holds about you. pk1job will provide this within 30 days of your request, free of charge for reasonable requests.
- Right to rectification: If any personal data pk1job holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected. Corrections to KYC data require submission of updated documentation.
- Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to pk1job's legal retention obligations. Mandatory retention data (KYC, financial records) cannot be deleted during the applicable retention period.
- Right to restrict processing: You may request that pk1job restrict processing of your data while a rectification or objection request is under review.
- Right to data portability: You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications, non-essential cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
- Right to object: You may object to processing of your personal data where pk1job relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis. pk1job will review the objection and cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds exist.
Response times: All data rights requests are acknowledged within three (3) business days and resolved within thirty (30) calendar days. For complex requests, the resolution period may be extended by an additional sixty (60) days with written notice to you.

Children's Privacy & Age Policy
pk1job is an adults-only gaming platform. The minimum age to register and use pk1job is 21 years. The Platform is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for individuals under the age of 21.
pk1job does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you believe that a person under the age of 21 has registered a pk1job account, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification or identifying an under-age registration through our age verification processes, pk1job will immediately:
- Suspend the account pending age verification review.
